The staff were so friendly and very helpful
The staff were super friendly and helpful! The breakfast was delicious!!
The TV was slow. The windows were drafty. Someone was tapping on our door and trying to get into our room while we were asleep at 7:45am

Hotel was clean and modern. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was spot on.
Staff were very polite and curtious. Outside courtyard pleasant in the evening. Breakfast v good.
I expected the superior room to have a window with a view and for the room to be bigger..i hit my arm on the Tv on the wall everything i got out off bed. The air con failed at about 2am on the 2nd night, so a very hot room. I called for a fan, nothing came. Eventually i managed to get the air con working but only temperarily

We enjoyed being close to the main sights of central london.
Coffee was very good. Burger and beer was nice. Courtyard was pleasant.
Certainly! Here’s a revised version of the review: I was assigned a handicapped-accessible room, which was not necessary. The sink was too low, and the shower area was not enclosed. Additionally, I was charged for phone usage without being informed of these costs when I inquired at the front desk about how to use the phone. Also, I found multiple hairs in the bed that were not mine, even after the room had been cleaned.
